Academy Guidelines
Please review our institutional guidelines, training enrollment policies, and standard operational procedures.
1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Magnolia Aviation Academy. By accessing our website, simulators, or enrolling in our academic programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Training and Enrollment Policies
Enrollment in our flagship CFI Academy or our comprehensive Professional Pilot Academy requires adherence to strict safety rules, FAA medical certifications, and academic prerequisites. Our training is structured around airline-grade standards, and students are expected to maintain professional conduct, cockpit discipline, and active collaboration.
3. Flight Operations and Safety
All flight training operations are conducted out of our premier campuses at Gwinnett County Airport (KLZU) in Lawrenceville, GA, and Charles W. Baker Airport (2M8) in Millington, TN. Safety is our absolute priority. We operate a standardized fleet of training aircraft equipped with modern Garmin glass cockpits. Flight activities are subject to weather conditions, aircraft airworthiness, instructor availability, and strict adherence to Air Traffic Control (ATC) instructions.
4. Financial Terms and Financing
Training rates, flight hours, ground school fees, and simulator fees are transparent and detailed in our enrollment agreements. We have partnered with premier third-party lenders, including Stratus Financial, to provide flexible financing options. Students are responsible for all training costs, checkride fees, and examiner fees.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any training agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in the respective state.
